Mems, Single and 3-Axis Accelerometer Calibration

ATS offers 3-axis accelerometer calibrations including mems, single and tri-axial services. Our Modal 9155 Workstation is very versatile and has a large range of capabilities. We have the capability using an air bearing shaker to test accelerometers from 5Hz to 15 kHz for precise back-to-back assessments of ICP (IEPE), charge mode piezoelectric, piezo resistive, capacitive and velocity sensors in accordance with ISO 16063-21. Our lab experts have combined years of experience and are familiar with ATS’ large data base of specifications, test requirements and procedures.
