Insulation Tester Calibration

ATS performs insulation tester calibration along with  most Hipots, Breakdown Testers, Earth Ground Meters,  High Resistance Meters, Relay Contact Meters, Holiday Detectors, and MegaOhm Meters.

Insulation tester calibration is one of the most important verification of any technician working in the in-line resistance industry. What is often overlooked is the accuracy of their instrument. No insulation is perfect. Even the slightest pinprick can cause dielectric breakdown. Our facility has the capabilities to test most Hipots, break down testers, earth ground meters, insulation testers, high resistance meters, relay contact meters, holiday detectors, and megaOhm meters. Our ISO 17025 accredited calibration procedures provide the confidence required by even the toughest quality standards. Decade boxes, resistor stacks, & precision fixed resistors require incredibly accurate and stable measuring capabilities. ATS provides accurate measuring for most high and low resistance applications. Extensive metrology experience has provided ATS with the ability to accurately verify your assets with the highest level of confidence.

All calibrations performed include As Found and As Left Data and are traceable to NIST, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and are performed in accordance with documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21, ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. You can also be set up on our web-based interface, iPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of your calibration certificates, current asset status, asset history and due date reports for your equipment.
