Applied Technical Services provides testing to Toyota VOC methods and standards. The automotive industry is subject to heavy regulations on VOC content emitted from polymers, adhesives, and fabrics in vehicle interiors due to research that indicates VOCs can cause certain types of cancers and respiratory illnesses.
