Thomas Dugger (Tom) Joins DRH
In May 2021, Thomas Dugger, Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) and Registered Roof Observer (RRO) joined Dedicated Roof and Hydro-Solutions, LLC (DRH), a wholly owned Subsidiary of Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS). He will complement the services offered by David R. Hawn, F-IIBEC, RRC, CEM; John M. Ogaitis, RRC; Richard L. Wagner, RRC, CCS; and Jay Dougherty, RRC. Rick joined DRH in June 2003, John in 2004 and Jay in 2020. All five Registered Roof Consultants provide roof, waterproofing, and building envelope consultation, and all have a minimum of 30 years industry experience.
Tom is an IIBEC (formerly RCI, Inc.) RRC and RRO and has been active in the roof and building enclosure industry as a consultant since 1995 and was previously involved in the roof industry in various capacities as a contractor since 1987. Tom looks forward to continuing his, and Dedicated Roof and Hydro-Solutions’, commitment to the service of our clients as we welcome him to our operations as a Senior Consultant. Dennis Valerio Joins DRH
In May 2021, Dennis Valerio, RRO, joined Dedicated Roof and Hydro-Solutions, LLC (DRH), a wholly owned Subsidiary of Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS). He will complement the services offered by David R. Hawn, F-IIBEC, RRC, CEM; John M. Ogaitis, RRC; Richard L. Wagner, RRC, CCS; Jay Dougherty, RRC; and Tom Dugger, RRC, RRO. Rick joined DRH in June 2003, John in 2004 and Jay in 2020. All five Registered Roof Consultants and DRH RRO’s provide roof, waterproofing, and building envelope consultation and quality assurance, five RRC’s all have a minimum of 30 years industry experience. Similarly, Dennis has over 6 years of roof and building exterior experience in the industry.
Dennis is an IIBEC (formerly RCI, Inc.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and has been active in the roof service industry providing technical services since 2015. Dennis was previously involved with the roof industry as a quality control observer, survey technician, and survey team leader. Dennis looks forward to continuing his, and Dedicated Roof and Hydro-Solutions’, commitment to the service of our clients as we welcome him to our operations as a Consultant.
