ATS Acquires Grays as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary!

Applied Technical Services is proud to announce the recently finalized acquisition of Tempe, Arizona’s environmental testing experts, Gray’s Engineering & Consulting, Inc.! Founded in 2000 by Phil Gray, Grays has provided environmental testing services to clients from the military, aerospace, space, medical, consumer electronics and automotive industries. The Company has been under the leadership of Cameron Weston and Logan Brown, during which time Grays has cemented its reputation for providing high-quality testing services with rapid turnaround times and superior customer service. Cameron and Logan, as well as the entire Grays staff, now join the ATS team effective immediately.
Grays’ extensive list of testing capabilities — which includes climatics, dynamics, electrical, thermal vacuum, atmospheric conditioning, and mechanical testing methods — complements ATS’ environmental testing expertise and will expand the range of methods we offer. Grays maintains ISO 17025 accreditation through the A2LA for their testing services, a demonstration of their commitment to quality and excellence in their field.
As a wholly owned subsidiary, Grays will continue to operate independently and please help us in welcoming Gray’s Engineering and Consulting, Inc. to the ATS family!
