Richard (Rick) H. Scruggs, RRO, CDT, has joined Dedicated Roof and Hydro-Solutions, LLC (DRH), a wholly owned Subsidiary of Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS). He will complement the services offered by David R. Hawn, F-IIBEC, RRC, CEM, John M. Ogaitis, RRC, Richard L. Wagner, RRC, CCS, and Jay Dougherty, RRC. Wagner joined DRH in June 2003, Ogaitis in 2004 and Dougherty in 2020. Not only do all four of these Registered Roof Consultants provide roof, waterproofing, and building envelope consultation: each has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Similarly, Rick has over 30 years of technical and sales experience in the industry.
Rick is an IIBEC (formerly RCI, Inc.) Registered Roof Observer and has been active in the roof service industry by providing technical services since 1974. Rick was previously involved with the roof and building enclosure industry as a contractor and then as a technical sales representative.
