EMI Compliance Testing

Applied Technical Services conducts EMI compliance testing to verify an electronic device’s industry compliance for electrostatic emissions. EMI testing, or electromagnetic interference testing, monitors a subject’s ability to operate in its normal environment without interfering with other electronic devices, vehicles, and equipment.
Testing Procedures


This standard establishes electromagnetic testing procedures and limits for military equipment and subsystems. MIL-STD-461 determines the interface and verification requirements for electromagnetic interference emissions and the vulnerability characteristics of electromechanical equipment used by the US Department of Defense (DOD).
