Types of Calibration We Offer:
Mass calibration compares the measurements produced by the DUT against standardized test weights. This process determines if the readings remain accurate within acceptable tolerances; if not, manufacturers must adjust the instrument to bring the measurements up to specific standards of precision and accuracy.
Electrical calibration takes current voltage from the DUT and compares them with preprogrammed electrical output in order to determine accuracy. This process can verify the performance of any electrical parameter test or measuring instrument.
Pressure calibration compares the output of a medical device and its display pressure to the pressure measurement standard. Routine calibration ensures the precision of pressure in measuring equipment. The closer the pressure is to the recommended level, the more efficiently the equipment will run.
