Environmental Chamber Calibration

ATS calibrates a large variety of environmental chambers with our Environmental Chamber Calibration services.

Applied Technical Services has the ability to perform environmental chamber calibration. This includes Ovens, Freezers, Refrigerators, Autoclaves, Incubators, Temperature and Humidity Chambers, Furnaces, Thermal Shock Chambers, Drying Ovens, Heat Treat Ovens, Annealing Ovens, Food Storage, and Manufacturing Coolers.

We can also calibrate a variety of temperature probes including Thermocouple Probes and RTD Probes. These may be stand-alone devices and units that are incorporated in an entire system. We also have the capability to Calibrate Temperature Controllers, Over Temperature Controllers and Chart Recorders.

ATS can also perform Oven Uniformity and Survey Calibrations based on a variety of specifications. Oven Uniformity and Surveys are usually required to fulfill the requirements related to Heat Treat and Annealing Processes as stated in such specifications as AMS 2750.

ATS uses the latest standards to calibrate your chamber. We have very accurate Platinum Resistance Thermometers as well as high accuracy humidity standards. We also have a variety of Temperature Recorders to perform long-term oven surveys.

All calibrations performed in the field are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance with documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. Upon completion of our service at your facility you will be provided with Calibration Certificates for all the items calibrated at your facility. You can also be set up on our web-based interface, iPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, asset history and due date reports for your equipment.
