ATS certified fire investigators offer an array of services including but not limited to: vehicle fire analysis, marine vehicles, combines, digital and UAV (drone) scanning, secured evidence storage, arc mapping, failure analysis, liability evaluations for products and structures in compliance with fire codes, technical reviews, desktop reviews, theory testing and scene preservation. Utilizing the new UAVs (drone) technology and accessibility, our FAA Certified Fire Investigators can see many things at high altitude that other Fire Investigators cannot see providing a more multifaceted investigation.
Investigator Capabilities
Our highly qualified fire investigators execute on-site examinations of vehicles or building systems to find evidence that may provide insight into the origin and cause of fires. Due to the increased likelihood of litigation in matters involving fire investigations, ATS certified fire investigators also provide litigation support and expert testimony in a court of law. Our certified fire investigators approach each assignment with the attitude that they are likely to be thoroughly cross-examined regarding their findings.
ATS fire investigators are certified by the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Association of Fire Investigators are required to re-certify every five years. Our teams consist of investigators, chemists, and professional engineers. Through a complex combination of specialized skills, experience, and equipment, ATS certified fire investigators are equipped with the necessary resources to determine the cause and responsibility for fires. We also do evidence collection, no matter what size.
