Nadcap NDT Testing

ATS uses Nadcap NDT testing liquid penetrant, eddy current, mag particle, and radiography to inspect aerospace clients' products.

ATS’ Nadcap NDT Testing Services

Applied Technical Services (ATS) provides Nadcap NDT testing and inspection services that are backed by advanced accreditations and certifications. After meeting the expectations of a thorough and stringent audit conducted by the Performance Review Institute (PRI), ATS has earned accreditations for offering Nadcap NDT testing services to the aerospace industry.

Our current certificate grants our Marietta, GA facility with the authority to perform liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current, and film radiography inspections per Nadcap standards and requirements.

Nadcap Accredited

To demonstrate our continued commitment to quality, ATS has been successful in achieving Nadcap accreditation for Nondestructive Testing.

Although ATS employees have been performing nondestructive tests for years in several office locations and flying all over the world performing NDT in the field for customers, in 2012 the Marietta location earned their initial Nadcap Accreditation granting their Super Lab the authority to perform liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and film radiography. In 2016 we expanded our accreditation to include eddy current and ultrasound inspections.

Our Background with Nadcap Compliance and Accreditation

Applied Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) located in Marietta, GA was first granted accreditation to perform Nadcap NDT Testing in 2012 for PT, MT, and RT (film). ET was added in 2014 as well as UT this year in order to accommodate our customers’ needs. The Technicians in the Lab come from aerospace and military backgrounds with each having expertise and certifications in all of the NDT methods listed. We offer quick turn around time on parts that you need asap. Our incredibly successful audit history attests to the high level of our Quality Assurance Program in place. Over the past several years we have been working closely with National Aerospace and Defense companies to accommodate their needs. ATS can take a closer look for you to help find the technical answers and solutions you need.
