Skills and certifications to perform elevated work
As one of the two leading organizations within the rope access industry, SPRAT certification means credibility for any technician. ATS rope access training courses give students the safety and technical skills they need to work at heights and conclude with a SPRAT-approved certification exam.
SPRAT Level I
Introductory course preparing applicants for work as a Level I technician. Expect to learn the fundamentals of rope access techniques, equipment use and maintenance, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
SPRAT Level II
Intermediate course that prepares candidates for work as a Level II technician, in which they will gain experience performing more advanced rope access techniques, safety evaluations, and rope rescues.
SPRAT Level III
Advanced course qualifying students for work as a Level III technician. They can expect to learn how to design and implement a safe and standard-compliant rope access system, supervise Level I&II technicians.
