ATS Serves the Aerospace Industry
At ATS we provide an expansive list of services that support the aerospace industry and its affiliates. As a multifaceted company with diverse testing and inspection labs, we have been serving clients since 1967. The ATS departments serving the aerospace industry include:
- Environmental Testing
- Mechanical Testing
- Nondestructive Testing
- Calibrations
As an industry that relies on safety and performance with extensive regulation oversight, it is imperative that testing and inspections are of the highest quality. The need for material verification, testing and analysis of components and structures may include but are not limited to nondestructive testing, materials testing, mechanical testing, environmental testing, and calibration.
ATS’ ability to provide a broad array of services affords our clients the advantage of quality control, production aspects, and data management and analysis. Our extensive aerospace testing lab experience spans airframe structures and materials, turbine engine components, composite testing, and hydraulic and pneumatic component testing on civilian or military aircraft.
Nondestructive Testing (NDT)
NDT inspections are commonly performed in the aerospace industry. These evaluations provide operators and manufacturers a degree of certainty when their systems and components are determined to be safe and structurally sound during continued operation. NDT inspections may reveal items compromised by fatigue, corrosion, improper material use, poor manufacturing processes, and/or weldment issues. ATS’ aerospace testing lab has multiple FAA repair station certificates in multiple states and Nadcap accreditation for nondestructive testing.

Nadcap Accreditation
ATS offers inspection and testing services that are backed by advanced accreditations and certifications. After meeting the requirements of a comprehensive and arduous audit conducted by the Performance Review Institute (PRI), ATS has obtained the accreditation to provide Nadcap NDT services to the aerospace industry.

Materials Testing
ATS offers in-depth assessments to assist in identifying material performance. These product or failure analyses can be performed on various materials, properties or composites. Our aerospace testing lab utilizes the latest technology to gather quality data, test reports, and certificates related to the material tested in meeting compliance.
