Applied Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) remains open and prepared to continue its important work serving the Nation’s Essential Critical Infrastructure.
ATS performs work for most industries that have been identified as necessary to support Essential Critical Infrastructure by the Department of Homeland Security, including Defense, Energy, Healthcare, Nuclear, Chemical, Transportation, and Critical Manufacturing.
To help slow the spread of COVID-19, Governors across the country, including Georgia’s Governor Brian Kemp, have enacted state-wide restrictions on businesses and activities. These State Orders have all recognized the importance of businesses such as ATS and specifically allowed them to stay open.
Governor Kemp’s Order also mandated the implementation of certain safety precautions – all of which ATS had already adopted to protect its employees and customers. We will continue to monitor developments in Georgia and states across the country to ensure we comply with applicable laws and safety recommendations.
In its March 20, 2020 Memo, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, Ellen Lord, stated that businesses such as ATS have a special responsibility to maintain normal business schedules. We are ready and prepared to do our part and continue providing our critical supply of metallurgy and materials testing, chemical analysis, nondestructive testing, and Professional Engineering services to support Essential Critical Infrastructure.
Whether your business is facing heightened production demand to support Essential Critical Infrastructure or getting ready to return to normal business operations, we encourage customers to call today to schedule inspections, calibrations, and other services that are necessary to ensure your equipment and supply is safe and your business is ready for whatever challenge awaits.
