Trained and Licensed Personnel
ATS recognizes that our clients are looking for more than an inspection of their equipment; they need a true Condition Assessment that will allow the proprietor to budget major repairs, and plan future shutdowns and inspections. As 3rd party tank consultants, ATS employs trained, certified personnel and licensed Professional Engineers to perform inspections and condition assessments. Our in-house trained experts are certified API and STI inspectors.
Routine Tank Inspections
Maintaining routine storage tank integrity inspections decreases the chances for containment loss while sustaining a safe setting for personnel and the surrounding environment. ATS can identify corrosion, mechanical damage, and other potential issues before they turn into major hazards. Our engineers can develop repair plans for your repair contractor, so they have a detailed scope of the necessary work prior to performing any repairs. ATS aims to minimize our clients’ downtime, maximize the value of inspection, and provide high-quality Practical Condition Assessments.
Maintaining a Mechanical Integrity Program
Our Mechanical Integrity Programs benefit clients through process safety management (PSM) and monitoring fixed asset conditions. ATS engineers can create or assess a mechanical integrity program for both aboveground and underground storage tanks. Comprehensive mechanical integrity programs typically address the following:
- Inspection frequencies
- Inspection methods
- Jurisdictional regulations
- Applicable inspection standards
- Program management and ownership
