Precise Measurements Every Time
Applied Technical Services offers ISO 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 accredited Omega thermocouple calibration services both in-house at our state-of-the-art metrology laboratory or onsite at your facility. We have far-reaching capabilities that include the calibration of Omega thermocouple types B, C, E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T, and U with testing temperature ranges from -250 °C to 1800 °C. We calibrate Omega thermocouple probes as well as fine gauge bare wire and insulated thermocouples.
We can tailor calibrations to meet your specified tolerances or tolerances specified in the Omega Manufacturer’s Manual and Technical Specifications. As Found and As Left data is provided with Omega thermocouple calibrations.
All results are clearly communicated per ATS SOP-001, Standard Operating Procedure of Measuring and Test Equipment. A calibration label is affixed onto the equipment and/or container with a tamper-proof seal if applicable.
No matter the application, our experts can help prevent inaccurate readings and help you avoid costly unplanned maintenance or downtown. We provide quick turnaround times with expedited service available upon request.
