CMM Measurement Services
Applied Technical Services offers Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) measurement services utilizing our state-of-the-art CMM lab. The ATS CMM lab houses three top-of-the-line coordinate measurement machines capable of measuring objects of many different sizes. We can measure components as small as 1-inch as well as subassemblies as large as a car engine. For those clients who require on-site services, ATS technicians can bring a highly accurate laser scanning FARO arm.
ATS CMM Operations
The dimensional inspection team at ATS has decades of combined experience in operating, maintaining, and programming CMMs. They are PC-DMIS programming experts who can efficiently set up a part with free-state fixturing and gauge fixtures. Our dimensional inspection professionals regularly conduct CMM measurement services, first article inspection, critical feature and geometric tolerance programming, and individual feature checks for machinists.

Our metrology team has decades of experience in the field of third-party dimensional inspections.
