Nondestructive Testing (NDT)
NDT inspections are commonly requested by industries whose pipes and pipelines are in service. These evaluations give owners/operators peace of mind when their components and systems are determined to be safe and structurally sound for continued use. Weld Procedures and Welder Certification
At ATS we process welding coupons, in the form of pipes and plates for companies who are getting their welding procedures qualified and welders certified. Coupon welding tests are perfect for pre-employment screening, ensuring welders can meet the requirements of specific codes/standards and for proper documentation or proof of a welder’s competency and/or performance.
Failure Analysis
ATS offers in-depth assessments to assist in identifying the root cause of a wide variety of pipe failures. These forensic and failure analyses can be performed on steel, PVC, copper, ABS, CPVC, HDPE, polyethylene, cast iron and kitec pipes.
