ATS is ISO 17025 (A2LA) accredited to perform EDS analysis using the scanning electron microscope (SEM) in accordance with the following method: ASTM E1508.
Common SEM EDS Analysis Include:
  • Platings / Coatings
  • General Alloy ID
  • Corrosion Products
  • Polymer Filler Material ID
  • Elemental Mapping
ATS’s quality assurance program meets the most stringent industry requirements, including the nuclear industry. We carry ISO 9001 certification and our chemistry laboratory is ISO 17025 (A2LA) accredited.
