In January 2020, James (Jay) A. Dougherty, RRC, joined Dedicated Roof and Hydro-Solutions, LLC (DRH), a wholly owned Subsidiary of Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS). His expertise will complement the services offered by David R. Hawn, F-IIBEC, RRC, CEM, John M. Ogaitis, RRC, and Richard L. Wagner, RRC, CCS — including roof, waterproofing, and building envelope consultation services. Each of our Registered Roof Consultants brings 30 years or more of industry experience.
Jay is an IIBEC (formerly RCI, Inc.) Registered Roof Consultant. He has remained active in the roof and building enclosure industry in a variety of capacities since 2010. Jay looks forward to continuing his commitment to the service of our clients and helping to further the Dedicated Roof and Hydro mission.
