On June 8, 2021, the Burkville Contractor Safety Award Ceremony was held to recognize contractors who exhibited excellence in safety during the 2020 calendar year.
Eligible contractors included those with no OSHA-recordable incidents and over 10,000 hours of service at the Burkville plant during 2020. Criteria for the award include training hours, observation rate, SHER performance, events and disciplinary action, and awareness and improvement ideas. Applied Technical Services was selected as a recipient of the 2020 Burkville Contractor Safety Award, highlighting our dedication to workplace safety.
