Applied Technical Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Precision Solutions, Inc. of Pennsylvania as a wholly owned subsidiary. This company has served the pharmaceutical, general manufacturing, and food processing industries since its founding over 50 years ago. Precision Solutions specializes in providing scales, weighing solutions, and integration services, regularly performing metrology, calibration, and repair services on these tools for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
Precision Solutions will continue to operate as an independent entity from their Quakertown, PA headquarters. Headed by Jeanette Philipowicz, President, the company moves into a new phase of partnership with the ATS calibration division: effectively extending the reach of our calibration services while giving Precision Solutions access to new tools and resources.
