Advantage Reliability Joins ATS Family
Louisiana’s reliability experts, reporting for duty!
Marietta, GA. (October 20, 2021) —
Applied Technical Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Advantage Reliability Services, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary. Kenny Sullivan, President, and the rest of the Advantage Reliability team have joined ATS and continue to operate independently from their office near Shreveport, Louisiana. These reliability specialists serve power, pulp and paper, and oil and gas clients from around the country. They pride themselves on their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency — three values that align perfectly with ATS’ own standards of excellence.
Our new addition will work closely alongside Charles Scott and Reliability Testing Services (RTS), which we acquired in 2018, going forward. Advantage Reliability’s suite of services — including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, predictive maintenance, motor circuit evaluation, and ultrasonic leak surveys — complements RTS’ own. This partnership will allow each to extend their reach and pool their resources, supporting growth opportunities for both.
