Function Generator Calibration
Applied Technical Services (ATS) performs function generator calibration services for standard waveforms over a wide range of frequencies. Function generators are used for testing and developing electronic systems. ATS regularly calibrates common sine, square, pulse, triangular, and ramp waveforms. We calibrate to accuracy specifications defined by the OEM and can offer special testing for production requirements that you might need.
