What are Coordinate Measuring Machines, and What are Their Benefits?

Our dimensional inspection lab features three highly advanced coordinate measuring machines: the FARO Quantum Max, North Star x5000, and Zeiss Metrotom 1500.
FARO Quantum Max
The FARO Quantum Max is a highly versatile scanner with three laser line probes or LLPs. Each FARO Quantum series arm has unique features engineered to tackle specific tasks, making the Quantum Max an incredibly effective machine capable of scanning various parts and components. In addition to offering several FARO scanner services, ATS is also an authorized reseller of FARO products, so please inquire about the availability of FARO products.
North Star x5000
The North Star x5000 is a CT X-ray inspection system with a large scanning envelope capable of scanning large objects while possessing the sensitivity needed to check small parts and objects.
Zeiss Metrotom 1500
The Zeiss Metrotom 1500 is an industrial computed tomography system that uses X-ray technology to produce precise measurements.
