Weathering Services

Applied Technical Services’ Environmental Testing division performs weathering exposures in accordance with various methods following relevant industry standards. We offer these capabilities to help clients better understand the durability of their products/components/materials in the face of environmental forces like humidity, temperature, pressure, and sunlight. ATS technicians use advanced equipment to demonstrate how sample materials would react to these elements in real use by simulating it within a comparatively short exposure period. This branch of testing may reveal deficiencies ranging from diminished structural integrity, basic functionality to faded coating colors.
