ATS labs house cutting-edge equipment to conduct various tensile tests. The mechanical testing lab has a maximum force capacity of 400,000 lbs. and a maximum temperature up to 1,800°F or 982 °C.
The polymer testing lab has a maximum force capacity of 10,000 lbs. with elevated and reduced temperatures of -19°F to 482°F (-70 °C to 250°C).
