Tensile Testing Metallurgical Lab
Applied Technical Services’ tensile testing metallurgical lab offers high-quality testing services for metals, composites, and other materials. ATS employs specialists from multiple testing divisions, including mechanical and metallurgical testing. Our experts regularly conduct testing according to AWS, ASTM, ASME, and MIL-STD standards, delivering both quantitative and qualitative results with a high degree of accuracy.
Tensile Testing Capabilities
Our labs offer tensile testing at a maximum force capacity of 400,000 pounds, with elevated temperature options up to 1,800 degrees Fahrenheit. We also offer tensile testing for polymers between -19 and 482 degrees Fahrenheit with a maximum force of 10,000 pounds. We offer tensile tests for metals, plastics, composites, pipes, rebar, metal wires, rubber, fasteners, tubes, welds, and other materials. We are ISO 17025 (A2LA) accredited for several common tensile testing standards, such as ASTM A370, ISO 6892-1 and 2, ASTM F606, and SAE J429.

The ATS metallurgy lab performs tests on metals, composites, ceramics, and other materials, catering to each of our client’s particular needs.
