LVDT Calibration

Applied Technical Services provides LVDT calibration services in our environmentally controlled lab. An LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) is an electromechanical sensor that converts motion or vibrations – more specifically, rectilinear motion – into an electrical current. This device requires regular calibrations to ensure accurate and reliable results.
ATS Calibrations Lab

Our calibration lab is an environmentally controlled room designed for highly precise calibrations. We maintain this room at 68 ° F within +/- 2.0 ° F and the RH (resting humidity) stays within a range of 30-55% as necessary. Isolation joints within the lab’s floors reduce any effects caused by vibrations. ATS’ professional calibrators thoroughly clean each device and leave it to stabilize at temperature for at least 24 hours before calibration.

Quality Service
The experts at ATS are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to their customers. Our labs are registered to ISO 9001:2015 and accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 to perform LVDT calibration. Our quality assurance policies comply with ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, 10CFR50 Appendix B, and 10CFR Part 21 requirements. Every LVDT calibration is NIST-traceable, and we make all calibrations tests and results are available online 24/7 for your convenience in our iPortal.
