ATS Performs a Variety of NDT Services
Our certified staff of professionals provides quality inspections and NDT services to a broad range of industry sectors throughout the US and abroad. Inspections are performed by highly trained technicians certified to SNT-TC-1A, NAS410 & CP189.
ATS travels locally, nationally, and internationally to perform nondestructive testing on a wide variety of materials and structures.
Commercial Construction Services:
Concrete Radiography — Obstructions can be located with 100% accuracy with reliable radiographs. X-rays give us the ability to identify rebar, conduit, and post-tension cables in concrete structures up to 24″ thick. Our services are guaranteed to give you the results you need.
Computed Digital Radiography – Our computed digital radiography systems give us precise imaging with much greater detail than film. The capability to select and enhance critical areas of interest and the ease of electronic file sharing are just a few advantages our customers enjoy.
Additional Specialty Field Service that ATS Provides:
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) – Using radar technology, we can locate post-tension cables and rebar in concrete up to 32″ thick. This non-intrusive inspection can be employed at any time, eliminating the need for a “radiation barrier”.
GPR can reveal the depth of concrete up to 18″. Block walls and concrete structures can be scanned for proper rebar placement. 3-D computer imaging is available for formal reports and archiving.
Nondestructive Examination of Weldments
ATS has full NDE capabilities for weld inspection of structural and stainless steels along with aluminum alloys. Inspections are performed to a variety of required customer specifications. We frequently inspect welds using radiography, ultrasound, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant and visual testing.
