Applied Technical Services has the capabilities to calibrate all of your torque testing equipment in our environmentally controlled lab. We have the capability to calibrate your Dial Torque Wrenches, Beam Type Torque Wrenches, Clicker Torque Wrenches, Single Set Torque Wrenches, Torque Screwdrivers, Torque Multipliers, and Torque Watches up to 2,000 foot-pounds, using our torque analyzers with loading stations. We also have the capability to calibrate your Torque Analyzers, Torque Transducers and Rotary Torque Analyzers using our certified Torque Arms and Weights up to 2,000 foot-pounds. ATS also has the capabilities to calibrate your Pneumatic and electric Torque Guns, Torque Drivers using our certified rotor style torque transducers up to 150 foot-pounds.
All calibrations performed include As Found and As Left Data and are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance with documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001:2015, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. You can also be set up on our web-based interface, iPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, current asset status, asset history and due date reports for your equipment.
