Our Calibration Capabilities
Applied Technical Services has the capabilities to preform pressure gauge calibrations in our environmentally controlled lab.
ATS has the capability to calibrate your equipment using our highly accurate pressure sources. We use a combination of our dry air systems that can generate pressures down to 0.001 in.H2O and up to 1,000 psig. We also use a very accurate Dead Weight Systems that can calibrate pressure gauges up to 15,000 psig with water/alcohol and up to 40,000 psig using hydraulic oils. We also have the capability to configure and reconfigure your Pressure Transducers to Displays. Additionally, we have the capability to calibrate all of your Vacuum needs using a highly accurate vacuum source. We are also able outsource all of your oxygen cleaning needs in addition to your pressure gauge calibration.
We calibrate equipment such as:
- Pressure Gauges
- Differential Pressure Gauges
- Compound Pressure Gauges
- Pressure Transmitters
- Pressure Transducers without Display
- Pressure Transducers with Displays
- Differential Pressure Gauges
- Anti-Skid Test Sets
- Manometers
- Inclined Manometers
- Magnehelic Pressure Gauges
- Photohelic Pressure Gauges
- Absolute Pressure Gauges
- Absolute Pressure Transducers
- Vacuum Gauges
Certified Quality
All calibrations performed include As Found and As Left Data and are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance with documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001:2015, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA.
You can also be set up on our web-based interface, iPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, current asset status, asset history and due date reports for your equipment.
