ATS offers MEMS 3-axis accelerometer calibration including single- and tri-axial services. Our Modal 9155 Workstation is very versatile and has a large range of capabilities. We have the capability of using an air bearing shaker to test accelerometers from 5Hz to 15 kHz for precise back-to-back assessments of ICP (IEPE), charge mode piezoelectric, piezoresistive, capacitive, and velocity sensors in accordance with ISO 16063-21. Our lab experts have combined years of experience and are familiar with ATS’ large database of specifications, test requirements, and procedures.
