ATS provides calibration services for tension and compression gauges.

ATS' Compression Tension Calibration Services

Applied Technical Services has the capabilities to calibrate Tension and Compression gauges in our environmentally controlled lab. We use high precision load testers to calibrate your Tension and Compression gauges up to 100,000 pounds. We have the capability to calibrate Load Cells with Displays or without Displays, Dynamometers, Skidmore Bolt Tension Testers, Aircraft Weight Scales, Hydraulic Cylinders and Spring Testers. We also have the capability to configure and re-configure your Load Cells to Displays. We also use precision weights to calibrate your Digital Force Gauges, Dial Force Gauges, Aircraft Cable Tensiometers, Weight Scales and Analytical Balances, Triple Beam Scales, Platform Scales, Gram Gauges, Force Applicators, Hanging Scales, Spring Scales, and Fish Scales up to 1,000 pounds. We offer calibrations in accordance with the most recent ASTM E4, Standard Practice for Force Verifications. All of our load cells are calibrated in accordance with the most current edition of ASTM E74.

All calibrations performed include As Found and As Left Data and are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance with documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025.
