Hand Tool Calibrations

Hand tools are calibrated in our environmentally controlled lab. 

Applied Technical Services has the capabilities to perform Hand Tool Calibrations in our environmentally controlled lab. We can calibrate Bench or Super Micrometers, Bore Gages, Countersink Gages, Calipers, Coating Thickness Gages, Height Gages, Height Master, Indicators, Indicator Testers, Length Scales, Steel Rulers, Levels, Outside Micrometers, Inside Micrometers, Depth Micrometers, Tri-Bore Micrometers, Thread Micrometers, Micrometer Heads, Plastometers, Pi Tapes, Protractors, and Tape Measures.

Applied Technical Services has a wide range of capabilities to perform calibrations of your inspection, test and measurement equipment in our environmentally controlled laboratories. ATS will meet or exceed a 5 to 7 working day turnaround on in-house calibration orders. Through our network of Quality Approved Vendors we can provide a one stop shop for all of your calibration needs.

All calibrations performed include As Found and As Left Data and are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology, and are performed in accordance with documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, ISO 9001, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21 and ISO/IEC 17025. Upon request, we can provide calibrations that are accredited to A2LA. You can also be set up on our web-based interface, iPortal, which gives you access to electronic copies of Calibration Certificates, current asset status, asset history and due date reports for your equipment

Our professional calibration team comes to you with over 100 years of combined calibration experience at ATS. Many of our technicians come from a military background where they worked in a calibration environment. We also have several technicians that possess technical degrees in electronics and engineering. We are dedicated to providing you with the most comprehensive and technically competent service at a very competitive price.
