MIL-STD EMI Testing
Applied Technical Services offers MIL-STD EMI testing to ensure compliance with the United States military standards for electromagnetic interference emissions set by the US Department of Defense.
Electromagnetic Interference and Compatibility Testing
MIL-STD electromagnetic interference testing analyzes the electromagnetic emissions of an electronic device or equipment, typically housed in aircraft, to verify that it is operating within the specified parameters. All electronics, including vehicles with electronic components, emit electromagnetic signals. This interference must not exceed the limits determined by industry standards to achieve compliance. As the number of electronic devices and components increases, so does the risk of electromagnetic interference.
