ATS was founded in 1967 near Atlanta, Georgia. Our principles of safety, customer service, and financial strength have guided our growth from a local engineering firm to our national reach today. Many ATS engineers qualify for a professional engineering (P.E.) license from their state’s board of engineers. The requirements for a P.E. include the following:

  • At least four years’ experience under a professional engineer
  • Earn a passing score on comprehensive exams
  • Demonstrate dedication to ongoing education
