Alicat Calibration

Periodic calibration helps resolve inaccuracies caused by environmental conditions, the rigors of operation, and aging equipment. Over time, the readings of even the hardiest equipment will begin to drift. Inaccurate measurements from a flow meter or pressure instrument can lead to safety hazards and compromised product quality that require expensive repairs and downtime.
ATS Calibration Services
The ATS FoC operates multiple state-of-the-art labs accredited to ISO 17025 for calibration services. Our experts draw from decades of experience in electrical and mechanical calibration when working with Alicat instruments. In the lab, our experts compare Alicat devices with NIST-traceable standards to identify and resolve inaccuracies. If a technician finds the device is out of tolerance, our experts can adjust the device to restore its accuracy.
Clients can ship devices to our lab for service with a 7 to 10 standard turnaround rate, or a technician can travel to our client locations to calibrate immovable equipment on-site. Clients may request expedited services.
We conclude our calibration with a thorough report of the device’s condition and performance, which covers as-found data, as-left data, NIST traceability, and a summary of changes made. We store all calibration records on iPortal, our secure web platform that provides clients with 24/7 access to official certificates of calibration, device histories, and calibration statuses.
Calibrating Flow and Pressure Equipment

Gas Flow Meters

We calibrate gas flow meters with various calibration mediums, from air or oxygen to carbon dioxide, hydrogen, and nitrogen. Our lab also accepts turbine meters, bubble meters, rotameters, and thermal mass flow controllers.

Liquid Flow Meters

ATS calibrates liquid flow meters using water as our primary calibration medium. We accept many types of liquid flow meters, such as mechanical, vortex, ultrasonic, and (electro)magnetic.

Mass Flow Controllers (MFCs) and Meters

We accept mass flow controllers (MFCs) and meters for liquid and gas flow systems. These compact devices measure and control a fluid’s velocity through a piping system.
Pressure Gauges and Pressure Transducers
We work with hydraulic and pneumatic pressure gauges so our clients can effectively measure and track the flow of a gas or fluid through a system. ATS also calibrates pressure transducers to ensure the safe and reliable control of flow in highly regulated systems.
