First, an expert checks the Mitutoyo caliper for signs of damage and confirms proper function in all readings. If the expert uncovers signs of damage (such as from a fall or electric shock), ATS can discuss a repair plan with clients before proceeding. Next, the expert measures multiple points across the measuring range for depth, length, and step height. We can verify a caliper by comparing readings with a grade 2 gauge block set.
