Industrial Calibration Services

The Applied Technical Services Family of Companies (FoC) offers industrial calibration services to national and international clients. We calibrate to broader ranges while delivering industry-leading precision; businesses and manufacturers ship their devices to our state-of-the-art labs daily for this reason. We give units at least 24 hours to stabilize in controlled lab temperatures and humidities for increased precision and reliability.

Lab and Field Services

Our calibration experts use their decades of combined experience performing a variety of procedures to return client equipment to its specified tolerances as soon as possible. The ATS calibration lab typically returns devices within 7 to 10 business days from the date of receipt, with expedited services possible upon request.

ATS also offers on-site services for prohibitively large equipment to reduce downtime and eliminate the need for disassembly and shipping. We can send an expert to your location to calibrate installed equipment or units that otherwise cannot be shipped.

From the time an industrial device enters our facilities until the time it leaves, we take steps to restore your equipment to optimal quality. Our specialists begin with a basic cleaning to clear measurement surfaces of debris accrued during operation, such as corrosion and contamination, which can introduce uncertainties to high-precision devices.

If a technician concludes the device needs repairs to function properly, they will inform the client before proceeding with any services. Following a documented or custom calibration procedure, an ATS technician can verify the equipment’s continued accuracy and performance. If the industrial device operates outside of the tolerances set by the manufacturer or client, our expert can adjust the instrument to correct for errors and uncertainties.
